You should never save your game while equiped with the engine mod, and then deleteing the mod..The game will CRASH!!! If you want to safely delete this mod from your savegame, simply downgrade your trucks engine to a standard one and then save!!
If it happens to delete the mod while saved game with the mod, just put back the mod, load up your game, unequip your truck from the modded engine, save and then remove!!!

Unzip the “Tuned Up Engines by JCV.scs” archive into your “My DocumentsEuro Truck Simulator 2mod” folder.
